Altissio Decaffeinato maintains the same creamy, grainy note as Altissio. Decaffeinated Arabicas from Central and South America are also intensely roasted. This green coffee blend follows the inspiration of the traditional Altissio recipe. The majority of the blend is made up of Arabicas that have undergone a short, dark roast. Altissio Decaffeinato retains the same appeal as Altissio and derives its character from the blend of Central and South American Arabicas with a Robusta from Brazil, which are both briefly and dark roasted. The decaffeinated Arabica from Costa Rica tempers the roasted flavor of the blend with its smooth, creamy, grainy note.
