In the Odacio de Vertuo capsule, we roast the coffees separately. The Nicaraguan beans receive a long roast that unfolds their cereal note and adds structure and body to the blend. The Ethiopian coffee beans also receive a long roast because it helps the delicate notes of this coffee emerge. Both roasts are long, yet light, allowing Odacio to graze your palate with great elegance. Odacio is a blend of Nicaraguan and East African Arabica coffees. The highlands of Nicaragua produce Arabica coffees with fine, fresh acidity and a green apple note that develops into a clear cereal note when long roasted. Additionally, Odacio has a touch of Ethiopian coffee in the blend. This coffee brings a refined acidity to the cup and an elegant floral and fruity note. Together, both coffees provide a truly elegant cup.
