A sip of Il Caffè offers your palate the full experience of Italian coffee. It is an intense coffee, splendidly complex in its roasted and cereal notes, and with a smooth, velvety texture. The nuances of wood and cocoa aromas further enhance the richness of this classic coffee. Its lingering aftertaste makes it a coffee you'll never forget. We roast the coffees separately to give the Robustas a darker roast. With a lighter, but also longer, roast of the Colombian Arabica beans, the acidity is preserved and a nutty undertone unfolds. We start with two intense and smooth washed Robustas from Vietnam and Indonesia. We add a touch of washed Colombian Arabica to round out the blend and give it a touch of acidity. The Il Caffè coffee beans come together to create the note that will transport you to classic Italian coffee.
