Descripción
Rice paper is obtained from rice flour. They are simply very thin wafers, which after being immersed for a few seconds in warm water, become malleable and with which we can make rolls filled with vegetables, meat, fish. These rolls can be steamed, fried or eaten directly once hydrated since these wafers are so thin that the simple act of soaking them is enough to soften them and be able to consume them.
