Descripción
A smooth organic coffee with notes of roasted grains, aromas of nuts, and light fruity notes. Reviving Origins Congo coffee is roasted separately in equal parts. Both parts undergo a short, intense roast. The first part undergoes a slightly longer, more intense roast to achieve a coffee with greater intensity. Both parts are ground medium. The rich volcanic soil that extends along the shores of Lake Kivu is fertile ground, allowing Congolese farmers to infuse this smooth coffee with sweet and fruity grain notes.
