Descripción
This Arabica coffee exhibits sweet notes of biscuit, fruit jam, and cereal, with a mild, moderate bitterness. The coffee is generally light roasted, although the "Red Honey" beans are roasted separately to take full advantage of this unique processing method. The roast duration and intensity of the washed coffee portion are slightly longer. This is a blend of 100% Arabica coffee from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range in El Salvador. A selection of Guatemalan coffee beans subjected to the "Red Honey" process complements the washed Arabica beans with a distinctive sweetness.
