We separately roast the Arabicas in this Vertuo coffee capsule. This allows the Brazilian Bourbon to develop its cereal note, making it a sweet and smooth coffee. By lightly roasting the other Arabicas, we achieve a well-rounded Melozio coffee. The Brazilian coffee beans are of the Bourbon variety, prized for its sweetness and characteristic cereal note. For this Vertuo coffee capsule, we choose Brazilian Bourbon beans treated with the natural pulping method. This semi-washed treatment gives it an even sweeter flavor. We blend this coffee with Central American Arabicas to achieve the harmony that gives Melozio its delicious aroma.
