The low extraction temperature and slow, smooth flow enhance the sweet character of this satisfying espresso. The Colombian coffee beans are lightly roasted to reveal a light acidity. This is perfectly balanced by the long roast of the Brazilian Arabica, which enhances the sweet and biscuity notes, to offer a harmonious blend. The sweet, light flavor and biscuity aroma of this espresso are achieved thanks to the inclusion of fine Bourbon coffee beans from Brazil. At the same time, the smoothness of the cup is enhanced by coffee from the highlands of Colombia's central region.
